Our family-run company has a long tradition in the fire industry. A-vert fire risk & management was set up in 2008 following on from the sale of my fire protection and prevention company. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service in order to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied.
John Dixon, Director
25 years in the Fire safety industry
John Dixon is the sole director of the company and he personally carries out all fire risk assessments and fire safety consultancy and design. He has a proven track record in fire safety working as a fire safety manager for various housing associations and as a fire risk assessor on all types of properties throughout the whole of the UK.
Experience
In recent years there has been lots of changes with fire safety legislation and guidance
I have spent 25 years in the fire safety industry and have during this time acquired vast experience in fire safety. My initial training was carried out with Lancashire Fire & rescue services at their training headquarters in Chorley, Lancs. (IFE approved course). I have an In depth, knowledge of all fire safety guidance and legislation and importantly I keep in line with any new updates through various approved Fire safety organisations. I work alongside local fire and rescue services throughout the UK to agree and resolve ongoing issues with fire safety. I have attended numerous fire safety courses throughout the last 25 years to ensure full compliance with all guidance and legislation. Over 5,000 fire risk assessments carried out throughout the UK on a wide variation of properties.
